ARP Solus

Functionally, the solus is a cross between the ARP Axxe and ARP Odyssey models without noise generation or sample & hold capabilities. All control voltage, gate, and trigger interface connections are conveniently available from its front panel.

Like its older and larger sibling the ARP 2600, the Solus travels in its own tolex covered wooden case instead of the plastic or (later) steel chassis used for other ARP synthesizer models. The power supply circuitry is mounted to its front panel and not its case. Always unplug the Solus if you ever have to open it up for maintenance.

ARP Solus Features:

  • 2 Voltage Controlled Oscillators
  • 1 Low Pass Filter
  • 1 Low Pass Filter
  • 1 Voltage Controlled Amplifier
  • 1 Noise Generator
  • 1 ADSR Envelope Generator
  • 1 Low Frequency Oscillator
  • 1 Ring Modulator
  • Built into its own flight case
